At Severin Guitars, we believe a boutique instrument deserves boutique handling. We use professional-grade logistics to ensure your gear arrives safely and ready to play.
How We Ship
- Custom Guitars: All Severin builds are shipped via UPS Ground. Every guitar is suspended in the industry-leading StewMac Professional Shipping System to protect against impact and temperature shifts.
- Small Items: Picks, mounts, and hardware are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage in protective padded mailers.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: We offer Free Insured Shipping on all domestic orders within the Continental U.S.
- Expedited Shipping: UPS 2nd Day Air is available at checkout for an additional flat-rate surcharge ($15 for small items / $150 for guitars).
Insurance & Security
- Fully Insured: Every shipment is covered for its full replacement value.
- Signature Required: For your protection, all guitar deliveries require an adult signature. We cannot ship guitars to P.O. Boxes.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your shipping label is created.
Order Processing
- In-stock guitars typically ship within 2–3 business days following a final quality-control inspection and polish.
- Small accessories typically ship within 24 hours.
